Shipping policy
Canada Post ships orders within 24 hours of order placement. Keep in mind that Canada Post does not pick up on weekends or Statutory Holidays. We cannot control shipping delays through Canada Post.
You will receive an email with this tracking number to the email address on file. Our policy is to add customer signature required to ensure that products are not lost or stolen, and to temperature protect liquids.
If no one is at your location to sign for the shipment, please check at your local depot for your package before asking us to track it for you.
Missing a product:
If you think you are missing a product, please check your packing slip. Take a photo of what you received, and we will review it. We electronically store a picture of all shipments, so we will compare against what we shipped.
